Green Zebra
Green Zebra is a new name in the cycle world. It's current range consists of folding electric bikes.
The advantage of a folding bike is that it is easier to store (at home or at work) and easier to transport in the boot of a car.
The Green Zebra has a range of around 30 - 50 miles depending on riding style and who/what is being carried on the bike. It has varying levels of assist and includes a throttle operation mode in which the bike can be ridden without pedalling (note that this may NOT get you up steep hills where pedalling will probably be necessary). The motor is in the rear wheel.
The bike has built-in lights and suspension forks. It has puncture resistant tyres and cable operated disc brakes.
An even wider range of bikes is expected to be available in 2013 - inlcuding fixed frame (non folding) bikes.
